Trump’s Scaramucci just crossed a line with a crude, sexual attack on Rachel Maddow

- Maret 09, 2018

The deeply-rooted misogyny that drives the Trump administration and its officials was put on full display this morning when the former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci suggested that beloved MSNBC host Rachel Maddow should take a “suppository” in order to cure her “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

In case anyone doesn’t know, a suppository is a pill that is inserted into the anus; the foul-mouthed Trump bootlicker is quite literally telling a female anchor to shove something in her ass because he doesn’t like what she has to say about his former boss, who publicly threw him under the bus and fired him after only ten days on the job.

Maddow has been doing an incredible job in keeping the public informed on the labyrinthian twists and turns of the investigation into Donald Trump and his team’s alleged collusion with agents of the Russian Federation in order to influence the 2016 election in his favor.

While her coverage has admittedly gone off the rails once or twice, by and large her work has been inarguably spot-on – and that’s why she has one of the most-watched shows in the country, beating out FOX News for the top spot time and time again.

This isn’t the first time Scarmucci’s foul mouth has made headlines. He famously called up a reporter and complained about how he wasn’t trying to “suck his own c*ck like [former Chief Strategist and notorious white supremacist] Steve Bannon.”

For Scarmucci to level such a grotesque attack against Maddow for doing her job is a new low in right-wing smears – but unfortunately, doesn’t come as a surprise from a man willing to go to bat for a serial sexual predator.
